Terms and Conditions
Rates:
- All rates quoted above are in Namibian Dollar (N$),
which is on par with the South-African Rand (ZAR)
- Minimum: 2 guest, if only 1 guest then he/she pays the price of 2.
- The rates are per person sharing per night
- Rates are subjected to change, with the exception of
any and all confirmed bookings.
Reservations:
- All reservations and/or confirmations must be in writing,
and will only be confirmed, once confirmed confirmation
has been received.
- Special arrangements can be made, should written confirmations
not be possible.
- Last minute reservations can be paid in cash at the
lodge.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 – 21 days 25%
- 20 – 15 days 50%
- 14 – 8 days 75%
- 7 – 0 days 100%
Payments:
- Regrettable we do not offer credit card payments.
- Day tour payments, payable in cash in Windhoek office
- Overnight payment to be settled cash at the lodge or
by bank deposit prior to arrival.
- All proof of payments to be fax / e-mail to reservation
office.
